CHRISTMAS AT HARVEST
Christmas can be a confusing time of year for followers of Christ. Some find the commercialism and secular festivities fun and joyful, while others find them intrusive and sacrilegious. Further, many of the historically Christian traditions at Christmas have lost their meaning to many believers. So where does that leave us? And what about the implications of Christmas for an unbeliever? We need the light of the gospel to open our eyes afresh to all the amazing realities of the truth of Christmas. Isaiah 9:2 says; The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light; those who dwelt in a land of deep darkness, on them has light shone.
Come celebrate the Light of the world as we dig deeper into
the true meaning of Christmas!

GIFTS: MISSION PARTNERS
In December we will have the opportunity to bless our local and global mission partners. There is a table located in the back of the worship center where you can place gift cards and/or notes of encouragement. We will be delivering these to our mission partners later this month. Please visit our website for a list of
what gift cards would be best.
DECEMBER 10 IS COMMITMENT SUNDAY
Year – End Giving
This Sunday we will be setting aside time to receive and pray over commitments to our year – end giving, above and beyond our regular giving, to help meet our budgeted need.
There will also be a time to receive and pray over any new commitments of partnership to our Renew campaign.
Sunday, December 10, 9:00 & 11:00 AM
BLESSING OUR COMMUNITY
During this Christmas season we will be collecting children’s books for the DeKalb Food Pantry’s new “Little Library”. This is a great opportunity to share the gospel with children in our community. You may donate new or gently used books. A box is available at the back of the worship center to deposit the books.
PARENTS’ NIGHT OUT
Parents, do you need a date night or have Christmas shopping to finish? Harvest student ministries is offering parents a NIGHT OUT. Your donations will help send our students on their winter retreats. If you would like to register your children
